Keep your Fitness Simple


Whether you purchase expensive workout equipment or opt for the more economical no-equipment route, the fact remains you still have to exercise to get in shape. A good way to start is just walking every day. This will get things moving so that you can actually get something out of the equipment you want to use.

Then you can progress to wearing ankle weights and pushing a little more. Once you've used those for a while, progression to more advance equipment won't send your body into shock.
