Walking away Belly Fat!

Belly fat does nasty things to the rest of you body, not just your looks. It actually produces chemicals that promote inflammation in other areas of your body, which is how it increases your risk of type 2 diabetes. Now a study of mice has shown that moderate intensity exercise, such as walking 30 to 45 minutes a day, five days a week, can keep belly fat from producing those effects. This was seen even if the mice didn't lose any belly fat with their increase in exercise.

If you are walking for weight loss, you may get discouraged if the fat isn't coming off very fast. This study should help reassure you that the walking is doing good things for your health even without losing the fat.

If you are walking for health, this study is further confirmation about how moderate exercise reduces your risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Take your Vitamin Supplements and get out an walk most days of the week.
