Neck Pain

I woke up with acute neck pain every day for a year. I found a wonderful Massage Therapist who worked on me twice a month for that whole year. One of the first things he told me to do was roll up a hand-towel and tuck it into the pillowcase of my pillow. I did this and it took a bit of getting used to. However, from the first night I slept on my pillow this way, with my neck supporte on the towel, the pain I used to wake with was gone. I'm still doing it and haven't been for massage for the last 6 months.
